the location was acceptable.
The service wasn't great. i was given a room that another guest already occupied. as a woman, i was changing when someone came in. I got scared. they didn't even say sorry for the misunderstanding.

the superior double or twin room was beautifully designed. i appreciated the modern decor. the bed and pillows ensured restful sleep. the complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful touch. the breakfast buffet included varied options. it was excellent. i was very impressed with the level of service. the staff were attentive and accommodating to my needs.
the street felt a bit dark at night. it lacked some immediate vibrancy directly outside the hotel.

The breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety. The staff was attentive and cute . Check-in was smooth, and I got a Welcome Gift in my room. Ms. Matilde also took note of my room preferences, which I appreciated.
